Form and Function is a guided mobility class designed to help you move better, feel stronger and restore balance from the inside out. Rooted in principles of the Egoscue Method, this class focuses on posture, alignment, and intentional movement to help reduce discomfort, improve flexibility and support overall function. Whether you're recovering from pain, feeling stiff from daily habits, or simply want to move with more ease -- Form and Function meets you where you are.
