Form and Function is a movement-based class designed to help you reconnect with your body, improve postural alignment, and restore mobility from the ground up. Using principles from the Egoscue Method, this class offers a foundational approach to reducing discomfort, increasing awareness, and improving how you move — in workouts and in life.
We believe that form follows function — when your body isn’t functioning properly, your form is automatically compromised. This can limit your results, increase the risk of injury, and make even everyday activities feel harder than they should.
This class is not a one-size-fits-all fix. It’s a generalized, educational tool to help you explore your movement patterns and begin piecing together your own puzzle. You are encouraged to take personal responsibility for your progress: listen to your body, stay consistent, and use each session as a stepping stone toward moving better, feeling stronger, and living with more ease.
